Refund / Replacement Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read the policy below carefully before requesting support.


1) No Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. Where eligible, we provide a replacement as per the terms below.

2) Replacement Request Timeframe

  • Replacement requests must be reported within 4 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after 4 days are not eligible.

3) Reverse Pickup (by Courier)

  • We can arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner to collect your parcel.
  • The process usually takes 3–15 working days depending on courier scheduling and service area.
  • Any delay during pickup/return transit is on the courier’s end, not Y Mart Pakistan.

4) Self-Return

  • You may return the parcel yourself via TCS Courier.
  • After we receive your parcel:
    • If the product is unused and in original condition/packaging, a replacement will be dispatched the next working day.
    • If the product shows use, it will be sent for repair and then returned to you. Repair may take up to 15 working days.

Important Notes

  • Keep the original invoice/receipt—it’s required for processing.
  • Items must include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse is not covered.
