1) Delivery time kitna hota hai?

Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 working days. Baqi cities: 3–7 working days. Remote areas me thoda extra time lag sakta hai.

2) Cash on Delivery (COD) available hai?

Haan, COD nationwide available hai. Please ensure aapka mobile number & address sahi ho taake courier easily deliver kar sake.

3) Order tracking kaise hoga?

Dispatch ke baad aapko SMS/Email me tracking ID mil jayegi. Link par click karke live status dekh sakte hain.

4) Return/Replacement policy kya hai?

Humara model Replacement Only hai. Delivery ke 4 din ke andar request raise karein. Full details ke liye Refund & Replacement Policy dekhein.

5) Damaged ya wrong item mil gaya to?

Humein turant WhatsApp/Email karein (order # aur possible ho to unboxing video share karein). Hum courier pickup ya self-return guide kar denge.

6) Products genuine hain?

Hum sirf authentic products provide karte hain. Shipment se pehle quality check hota hai. Kuch items per brand/store warranty bhi ho sakti hai (product page par mentioned hoti hai).

7) Payment methods kaun se hain?

Cash on Delivery, bank transfer (agar offered ho), aur selected gateways (availability ke mutabiq). Checkout par jo options dikh rahe honge, wahi active hain.

8) Open-Box / Clearance items?

Open-Box deals limited quantity me hoti hain, cosmetic wear possible ho. Functionality test ki hoti hai. In par replacement rules standard policy ke mutabiq apply karte hain.

9) Size/Color galat choose ho gaya, exchange hoga?

Unused & original packaging me ho to exchange possible hai (stock availability par depend karta hai).
